A super fun *FREE* introduction to boxing, in the midst of a workout designed with women athletes in mind!

Come dressed to move, with comfortable shoes and clothing, and ready for a great Sunday morning! If you have gloves and/or wraps, bring them too! Otherwise, we will have some to borrow, as long as supplies last. Space is limited, send us a DM to register!

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to complete waivers, wrap your hands, and get ready for some fun! Class starts at 11am, prior to the bar opening, for a safe and welcoming environment.
